I think there is a slight mistake here in the beginning and maybe Vini couldn't explain because of the language but I think he is not talking about that he used cleats to everywhere as a kid, he is talking that he used soccer turf shoes or "futsal" shoes to everywhere as a kid. I am saying this from experience because in Mexico kids do the same thing and I did too, at least in the 2010's. Overall very cool! Hala Madrid!

I love this kid so much. He’s become a football icon and his career has only taken off. A shame that he gets so much hate and racism thrown his away. Such a humble and likable guy. On the side note, his Spanish is very clean, obviously very close to Portuguese but very surprised he did the interview in Spanish. Sounds good! As always Hala Madrid!

he dribbles a lot and the only way to stop him is fouling him. most people don't understand how incredibly hard it is to cleanly take the ball away from a speedy dribbler like him. he will ask for the foul 100% of the time, which will be like 15 - 20 times per game. he will look whiny.

Obviously he had a translator but we can’t hear the translator so we can only assume the translator is speaking Spanish since Vini is responding in Spanish. Even if someone can speak a different language they usually don’t fully express themselves as they would in their native language which in Vini’s case is Brazilian Portuguese. All languages have nuances/phrases/sayings that can’t fully be expressed in another language. Translating full blown conversations is never 1 to 1 hence the term “Lost in Translation”. If you go watch the Neymar Episode which they mentioned in the video Neymar is speaking Brazilian Portuguese; I wish it was the same in this video. And yes I understand and speak both Spanish and Portuguese.
