Just sold for full asking price and another RECORD SALE for the area.
How many “neighborhood experts” and top agents called us, that their clients will never pay that much for the house and that I’m off with my listing price.
Well, thankfully stuff like that does not bother me because I hear it all the time!
I hope they check back now on the MLS the sales price because I proved them wrong and I took pictures while doing it😅
