I was on the fence between the 8 Pro and the 9 Pro and you really proved me that MediaTek is pulling the same trick it did in the past: overclocking its cores to the max so in the long run it gets 0 reliability because its taking so much energy and making the RAM work so hard. The 9 Pro with its larger battery gets way more time than that so the difference comes from processor expenditure. And taking pictures with the 8 Pro sucks because of the camera positioning.

I am using realme x2. It has a screen on time of 8 hours. Edit:Yesterday i joined the beta program of realme ui. So after the beta update the battery life is about 6-7 hours (SOT)
