I'm depressed, have anxiety, and am just a mess in general. I checked myself into the hospital for suicidal thoughts and wanting to. I'm out now and it's weird. I felt at home with others who are struggling. I got a tattoo that says "my story isn't over yet" to help remind myself that I'm not done, to not give up. Whoever reads this, hang in there. I'm struggling, but I'm not letting the evil thoughts win. Much love everyone ❤

If you are reading this at night, you should get some sleep, and don't stress about everything going on in the world, or what you are going through. I am currently playing this music to assist a little young person go to sleep. This young person has been through so much trauma as a child and night time is a trigger. This music has helped her so much and really helps her see there are safe adults in this world. Thank you for such beautiful music. You are helping so many without even realising. Thank you! It's beautiful. I'm relaxing with my cat. He was so scared because before I came home they had a power outage at the hospital next door and had to rescue the people on the top floor (probably by helicopter and ambulances). He was hiding in the closet when I came home. Now he's resting at my feet listening to your music.

It's 4:00 am and I'm still awake. I don't feel all that tired, but I know I need to get some sleep. I think subconsciously I'm still bothered by harsh words, my spouse spoke to me earlier in the day. Verbal abuse hurts. This music is very soothing and healing to my soul.

I miss my youth when I was so innocent spending time with my grandparents whole days. Whenever listening to this sound of music, my heart hurts so bad for regretting not caring about my family elders more since I became a teenager. They are all gone, I pray to see them again in another life.

Right now there are people all over the world are just like you. I just get anxious befor bed from normal stresses in the day. It's okay to not always be down bed. Praying that everyone falls sleep quickly and has a peaceful sleep.

My parents are divorced. My mom has a beautiful house, colors everywhere.... everything is nice and tidy.... and my dad’s house ..... it feels like a prison.... spiders and boxes everywhere..... no colors...... no decorations.... nothing..... I’m listening to this because I need to go to my dad every weekend...I’d rather stay with my mom forever.... thanks for making this video, really helped me💖

DR Fan 4 ever talk to him about it. Tell him your issues with his house not feeling like a home. The situation might change if he’s aware there’s a problem. Offer to help him clean the spider webs and redecorate, maybe paint the walls a bright colour. There’s always something you can do
