.I work with people with different sorts of dementia. The reason I comment is to thank you for uploading this. Currently I take care of a man with bad Alzheimer's, who suffers from deep anxiety and depression. He gets very worried easily and tonight I put him to bed as usual. Usually he gets up as soon as I leave his bedside, but this evening I started this track and sat down on a chair next to his bed. It took him about 2 minutes to fall asleep, and right now he's in really deep sleep and I'm sat here listening to this beautiful music and the man's deep, relaxing breathing. I thank you for this moment.

It also fosters healing because it allows your whole being to step back from the rat race and be mindful of the wonderful creation as well as think of the Great creator who made all these beautiful things possible.im listening from Houston Texas. Our city and our state ..... we have been through trying times... these past weeks.... hurricane Harvey provided a defining moment in our lives. Material things are transient. What is important is invisible to the eyes ....it is with the heart that one sees rightly.( St de Exupery"The Little Prince"). Out of the havoc and despair , the ruins and murk....... the love , concern , helpfulness and compassion can be felt by strangers from different walks of life. .... this reaching out crossed all barriers of humanity. Im the same I was having trouble with sleeping Till i knew this channel And exactly nowadays We are going to school So we sleep at 8 pm On the vacation we were sleeping after 3 am And when i get to sleep late in the break I just here this music then after 10-20 minutes i sleep and all the next day i feel relaxed And my parents noticed that i an becoming Puliet and not mad 😂😂😉😉

I used this for a 2 yrs old girl nap. On the stroller . As soon as I turn on she focus on the trees outside and closes her big brown eyes . Amazing. Done for a yr. We are vibration and energy . This music wake us up to our inner being, our soul and memories of the body and memories of our divine nature. That is why is so perfect and fully blessing.
