Dampen a pair of socks, put them in the freezer. Its a life changing exsperience . Put the socks on. Get in bed. Great for the unsettled mind, headache.

I grew up in a small town. Close to nature. A creek ran through our backyard. The land beautifully greean like this. The mornings filled with sounds of birds, the evenings with crickets and toads. I didn't realize how much I loved it there, until I moved to a big city. Where the sounds are not so pleasant.

I suffer from tinnitus and have difficulty sleeping because of the racket in my head. This video has replaced my electronic stream machine, which plays the same 6 second babbling brook sound in a loop. This is SO much better. I've stripped out the sound using VLC and this now sits on my phone, playing on a loop all night while the phone is charging. Thank you.

Try the Dohm white noise machine. It’s mechanical so there’s no sound loop, just air noise moving through the adjustable baffles. I keep them all closed for the lower frequency sound but you can open them to suit your preferences. I don’t have tinnitus but it helps me stay asleep, even when it’s during the day when I have to work overnight the night before. Electronic white noise machines suck since you will recognize the loop after a couple sessions, which nullifies the effect.

I have had severe sleep issues for several years, getting only 1 or 2 hours of sleep sometimes. This has helped me get to sleep without waiting until 4am to drift off naturally. You have genuinely and literally saved my life. It is my birthday soon and I am struggling with the pressure of being the birthday boy. Whenever I feel insecure I always think about hurting myself and how the world would be better without me and then I listen to these and then make me think about everything, think about my family. How my family loves me and I would only hurt them by hurting myself. Please never hurt yourself. Think about your loved ones before you do any harm. Please just calm yourself down and stay strong. Because so many people are selfish and lazy. My husband and I went fishing the other day and there were plastic cups and empty bags everywhere, even though the park has a trash can 50 feet away from where we were. It’s freaking lazy and it makes me so mad.

I was in the middle of a panic-attack and I couldn't think about anything else besides my pain and fear and questionable worries, then I remembered about this video, that I used to watch when feeling nervous, and after ten/fifteen minutes of watching I started feeling better and smiled for this funny thing called "life". Nothing can beat these sounds. I especially love that you don't add anything to them, because sometimes, all you really need is pure, healing sound. I also find that adding anything to them can take away from the peace that comes just from nature. Also, the "music" that accompanies some recordings is so bland and meaningless that it's almost sterile. Thank you so much for these wonderful audios.

Imagine having a big land and some of it for your house and the rest for a forest with a river. Every Sunday you go to the forest for camping with your family and your dog, looking a the stars, listening to the relaxing sounds of the river. That would be a dream come true for me!

*if I couldn't came back to city, I already Enlighten where I used to live. I lived in village where people are so kind, you have to get up early to do job in rice fields. At that time I was a kid so I couldn't do those things but I spent my time with my friends by hiking and camping then I found one tree on the mountain that got my attention. I felt warmest near the tree even tho middle of December. I spent my time by sleeping under that tree and also meditate. I will never forget that village, the mountain and also that tree*

I often have troubles studying for my uni exams, I always end up distracted or anxious, and this video really helps me calm down and focus. For my vacations I used to love to backpack in Michigan's upper peninsula. I'd go out into the forest, off trails to a small glade I found with a small waterfall and camp there. It was so relaxing to listen to the running water and the breeze through the trees with bird and animal sounds in the background. This brings back those wonderful times.

I love this! I recently moved and I miss going to the park alone to pray and sit listen to the sounds of nature. Time to think or just time to do absolutely nothing! I NEED this to help me to relax, relate and release anxiety. 2020 was a very VERY hard time me so this helps me to ease the pain and anxiety issues when I think about losing my mother and 2 brothers to COVID-19 💔💔💔.

Simply the best!! Play this thru Comcast on the tv with soundbar, suddenly I have a "window"of this awesome and peaceful view. After a long busy week, this is a nice treat for my brain and soul. Few times I mix with another relaxing piano playing on a bluetooth speaker in the background..... Just give me this calm and peaceful feeling. You're a blessing!! 🙏🏽🌿👍🏾

Fills my heart with nostalgia and eyes with tears every night I listen to this.
