I have been off of meds for almost 10 years now. I took them for 14 years. It was a long process to get off of them. I feel glad I did it. There are some days, that I really really wish I had them. However, it’s so nice not to worry about side effects and the getting used to being on/off them. So I totally respect what your doing and wish you the best of luck on your journey to mental wellness. 🙌🏼

As I'm laying here trying to sleep Comments kept calling my name, I read them, glad I did I feel safe sharing this. I'm a 40 year old good ol' boy who recently became a widower. Since my sweet Heather's death I haven't been able to sleep for spit, how I miss her tender embrace at the end of a tough day, or even her head on my chest and my arms around her. I can't see how the hell I ever slept alone before my beloved wife, I just hope someday soon I can get a good night's sleep

I lost my beloved wife Anne 6 years ago I started going with her when she was 16 we got married when she was 21 we had 53 years together but I miss her so much it breaks my heart and soul to walk life's path with out her she was so loving and caring she is still the love of my life

I thought I was the only one depressed at night until I started reading a few of these comments; I've prayed my problems to God and have been listening to this music. I find it peaceful at night, but still wake with my depression. I thank God I have a hope in Jesus Christ our Savior, because he gives me the strength when I have no more strength to carry on; with the BEAUTY OF THESE VIDEOS; I'm in Awe of how Majestic our Heaven will be; this night shall pass too, and for many others suffering from depression due to loss of a loved one, or a romance, finances, or whatever it may be just take time to reflect and listen to the soothing music being played and thank God for the Beautiful sounds of it and ask him to stay close to you because he will ; that is our hope in the the LORD. He holds us in the palm of his hand; and we are all worth something to him!

My long lost love came back to me after several years. He left his current lengthy dissatisfied relationship and came to me ready to commit. It was like time hadn't passed at all, we were happy, intimate, emotional, close; connected But then he left and went back, said he couldn't take the guilt. But what about me. He cracked me wide open, now I'm just completely vulnerable, holding all of this. My nine year old son has autism, has been having terrible anxiety. This along with weighted blanket, aroma therapy is amazing. Been a long, hard, scary few days. I've been having panic/anxiety attacks every night for the past week. I came Here for the sounds and they are amazing but these comments have me sobbing which oddly is helping to relieve some of my anxiety. Thank you to everyone that's wished us other strangers well. I’m in Scotland and recovering from having my arm amputated. I have a brachial plexus injury following a road accident and have been in serious pain for 8 years. My arm was completely damaged and useless but very painful. After amputation I still have “phantom pain” but more consistent and easier to control than pre-op. I use mindfulness to accept and control the pain feelings. Your music is a great background to my meditation and attempt to sleep. Thank you for it.

Man, sorry to hear about your arm. That's a terrible thing to happen to anyone. I hope the pain will get reduced with time. Hope you will be able to leave it in the past, eventually. Either by technology, medication or meditation, whatever works for you. You deserve to be free of the pain. I'm glad that you told this to the world. That takes courage. Be well, friend!

My partner is a double amputee. He as you will has grown so strong. It's hard to adjust..but you will find the strength . Mentally and physically.

I am so sorry!! I work in healthcare and still hurt for all my patients! I hurt for you and have tears flowing from my eyes as I type! I lost my 21year old son 5 years ago! I have many sleepless nights. This music helps calm me!!! I pray it calms you and the phantom pain as well. So sorry for your loss!!

This comment section is just people competing against each other for who can get the most likes lol it's on every video like this. Some of these comments weren't written by real people. They are bot channels which aren't run by an actual person. Theres a program on the internet that you can download that allows a person behind the channel to create a bot which will write automatic comments like this to attract people to visit and subscribe. They do because they fall for comments like these and the person behind the channel gets paid when they get enough subscribers. A lot of people including yourself still don't know this. The world really isnt that nice. Some are real comments but I'm sure there's a motive behind it (likes).
