We have in two quality loudspeakers, closed volume, manufactured in the 70s - 80s of the last century.
Nominal power 80W, with sensitivity 88db, frequency response 30 - 20000 Hz 8 inch woofer, 6 inch midrange and 4 inch tweeter.
Made of quality materials, but unfortunately not well stored - kept in a damp room!
The consequences are - swollen boxes, rust on the iron, faded paper on the speakers.
We taped the speaker boxes, leveled the surface and sanded carefully to achieve factory quality.
We restored the look of the speakers using C-200 polyvinyl acetate adhesive and black wood stain from
which we made a mixture and applied with a brush - the result is excellent.
This only applies to paper membrane speakers
We glued a covering foil - imitation of wood and finished with decorative PVC strips.
We painted the decorative grills around the speakers with dark blue metallic.
