I'm sorry that you are depressed Lance, I know how hard it is! Just don't think about depression itself and that may help you, also cherish your friends and family, they will keep your mind off of it! That is my advice for you if you read this comment!

Lance please don't worry about trying to make vlogs all about 'entertainment'. Not every day is going to be exciting, just daily vlog your normal life that's what we love most.

Maybe try going on a massive road trip to see every state. There is so many interesting places and people. Basically staying at home all the time would totally be a bummer.

Lance I love how your opening up about your depression I understand where you completely come from I've dealt with depression for 12 years now some days are better then others but it's always a daily battle no matter how good life may be going only advice I can give is just keep your head up and keep doing you your amazing at what you do I've been watching your vlogs for awhile now and they brighten up my day everyday

You need to keep yourself busy, should get a hobby that you really enjoy and just have fun. May be temporarily but sometimes it works for ever. Example: I was depressed, got a passion for motorcycles and off road now I'm having a blast

I love the way you do your videos. It makes me feel like we are all just hanging out. I have severe depression so I know how it goes. It's really hard. People need to educate themselves with it. You could have everything in the world and still not be able to be happy. I wish people understood more.

I can relate to this video I've been dealing with depression for 4 years and I was on anti depressants and they didn't do any thing for me. I started seeing a councler twice a week. It helped quit a bit. But eventually I quite going because it didn't do anything any more. I still have a hard time most days and what gets me through my days is my supportive boyfriend and friends. When I get into one of my moods they don't force me to get out of it they try to help a little bit. Your doing everything you can to keep yourself healthy so don't force anything. If your fans are truly your fans then they will understand if you need a break once on awhile. Keep on doing what your doing because in all honesty your doing an amazing job! But one thing you need to constantly remind yourself of is that your mental and physical health are the most important thing!!

Praying for you Lance! I’ve dealt with depression for a big part of my life and I eneded up just venting to friends. I feel like you may be pushing yourself past your own limits which is never healthy. You have to slow down and just worry about life NOW, not tomorrow or next week. Since you're only 21, your body does change so your meds need to change. I was only Zoloft when I was 16 and when I hit 21-22ish, it just stopped working. Now, I'm on Prozac and that has been working for the last 5-6 years. Hang in there Lance and I hope you find what works for you. I also give you major props for coming forward and talking about it!

Yes for the topic of depression it does really brings a person with a depressed state of mind down mentally, it’s really a strong negative symptom inside our brain to be dealt with even though your day is going great it will suddenly appear and ruin your day out of nowhere. I’ve dealt with it lance it’s terrible but just surround yourself with loved ones always pray and most importantly never ever lose HOPE bless you man.

Money never buys happiness. People think he is happy because he's rich. He has a beautiful house, a girlfriend, money, friends, and cars. Why does that matter. It doesn't matter if he has money. If he needs a break, he needs to take one. As long as he wants. He doesn't need to make us happy. He matters. His life matters.

I understand where lance is coming from, I've been dealing with depression for years and anytime I do anything fun, I'll enjoy it in the moment but once it's over it's back to being depressed

Hey lance I’m not sure if your going to see this comment but it’s worth a try. Your depression might be triggered by the winter because you where in la for a while and it was warm and sunny and when you move to New Jersey it’s cold and gets dark really early I live in New Hampshire and the winter months trigger my depression! I hope this comment helps you figure it out stay strong! Your doing great!

Honestly, I loved the talk about depression because it needed to be said and clarifies to those who don't understand. I have depression myself and honestly have no idea why I have it. Having fun or being happy at some points masks it and makes you forget for a while, but it doesn't cure it.

i've lived with really depression since i was 5 & you may not know why your depressed but going to a therapist is good to go to just to talk about somethings & to me its just nice to have someone to listen to & if they hear something they might ask you about it more & you may not know thats why your depressed plus they dont judge you.

I have anxiety,bi polar ,depression and it's tough, ugly and rough i take alot of meds. Just so you lmow lance I LOVE seeing your every day life. You don't have to explain NOTHING to anyone. Jusy take care of yourself and I hope you get better. I am always switching my meds because they only work for so long then I have to switch them cause they stop working. lance, im the same way. say im hanging out with my friends im happy during that time, once im away from there im super depressed, nothing is fun. im on meds for it, and they don’t seem to work at all, and im super unhappy. i have bipolar depression, and i have adhd and anxiety, i try to cope with my depression by doing things that entertain myself and take my meds everyday. so, my meds used to work, but now im on something else and they really work, i hope you start to feel better, and find something that helps you out, you’re not alone lance! this is coming from a 14 year old, major props for you coming on here and explaining how you feel

I've dealt with depression for so many years. I can recall being in 3rd grade and just having the worst panic attacks. At the time I didn't know what was happening other then my stomach being upset and my heart racing. Depression has been a struggle for so many years but you learn to cope

I was just in the hospital for depression and I was a inpatient for a week and I’m going to therapy and it’s really helped me. It’s been helping me it’s not just the meds yes those do help but it’s also ur mind set. That’s why therapy helps me. I really recommend it. I wish you the best of luck!!
