This was the only plane that gave me a hard time manually landing. Watching a few these helped. It's all in the braking. I set the brakes on 2 or 3 and trim up 5%. Butter.

Realistically you take your flight altitude for example 39,000ft and then times 3 = 39,000 x 3 = 117,000 you remove the three zeros and add 5, 10 or 20 to it depending on how fast you want to descend so you need to descend around 127nm away from your destination

planes can be selected from the RFS app, for the passengers loading method is shown in the same video and pilot can be select in the App setting.
