We knew it was close to the time and I was delivering pizzas at night as a second job, so she was riding with me while I was working. I was on a delivery when her water broke. I was going double the speed limit through town to get to the hospital fast lol. Like 9 hours later she gave birth to our son. My first pics with him I'm in my papa John's uniform💀 He'll be 20 next month.

I drove from Tampa where I was working back across the state to the East Coast when my wife called me and said it was time took me 2:45 to make the trip which is usually 3-3 1/2 hour drive I cheated as soon as I got into Palm Beach county though I have a bunch of friends who are sheriff deputies and got 2 of them to escort me the last 30 miles doing 120 on the interstate this was back in 1999 though so I got away with it and I was well known to most of the LEO'S in the county since I got the restaurant chain I worked for to give LEO'S first responders and military personnel free meals while in uniform and 75% off when not and showing proof. Yes I made it in time for the birth of my son. Unfortunately I lost them both in a car accident 3 years later. Today is the 22nd anniversary of losing them.
