Not from the 305 I’m from further up north in the Bay Area but I saw a dude do exactly what Ross is doing now. But instead he bought two large homes off in a waterfront coldesac in Pinellas Point in the pink streets (IYKYK). He knocked those two homes down and built one large mansion waterfront with a 6-car elevator in that shit.
