I never went to therapists, but my best friend did. And let me tell you, the second one that she tried told her “but you are pretty, how can you have problems” and that’s when I realized that half of them probably bought their licenses💀

Yep. Finding a therapist is pretty much like buying skincare/hair care stuff imo. You have to experiment first to see if it's a match to your skin/hair type. And if it's not you gotta stop using itand go find another one. Therapists are the same. If they don't match you... you gotta stop and find another until you find someone you feel comfortable with. And just like with skincare products, it gets expensive really fast, especially if you only go once or twice and already know you don't match with the therapist.

Ive never had problems talking to a therapist, but every time i went i didnt really know what the point was. I would just talk about what they asked me for an hour and then leave. They never contributed a single thing and i never left therapy thinking i had a breakthrough or anything like that. But fortunately i function kind of like a robot now and i am incapable of becoming truly depressed and i am grateful 😄👍

I went to the therapist i don't remember maybe on 2022/23? Yeahh i thought i can get rid of my anxiety, panic disorder and depression but... no. Being judged by my therapist at that time make me stop get therapist😂

If one dms you I would doubt them lol if you want treatment, specially for something like this it might impact your process if you don't go after it yourself.. Although sure I have no idea how that would work for a public figure :/

Jesus is the best therapist. We will all be judged either in this life or the moment of death. Human judgement is nothing to fear but God's Judgement is definitive and will last for all eternity either in Heaven or Hell
