There's a 1/2000 (00.05%) chance that Jack appears in a room and jump scares you, turning the room into a 'red room' for a few seconds, and a 1/20 (05%) chance that it spawns in a closet and kicks you out of it. Real pain when there's a Rush/Jack combo. You can enter and exit the same closet multiple times to find him too. Like so the Elite man sees!

You might be able to tell when Jack is nearby hearing "knocking sounds" coming from or near a closet, but that is currently just a myth and could just be the ambience. Jack spawns in closets at a 1/20 chance, meaning you can face Jack while repeatedly getting in and out of a closet when Ambush is coming

About halt (the monster you encountered that told you to turn around when the screen glitched) you don't have to turn around. When the screen glitches walk backward. It saves tons of time and is helpful if you know how long he will charge you (usually 5 seconds). :)

its actually really easy to get jack, you can usually get him within 1-2 runs. Just make sure you get into EVERY cabinet you see

Nobody said that if you hear a knock it is guaranteed to be Jack. If you hear a knock from or near a closet, there is a chance Jack is nearby. However I heard a knock and immediatly went into the closet and no Jack. However a bit after I kept entering and exiting the closet and got Jack. Creepy fella

room 50 tip when you put in the code: -if you left mouse click, the number will be increase (from 0-9) -but if you right mouse click, the number will be decrease (from 9-0) a little time saving tip

Tip on halt: if your stuck with halt like that don’t turn around if he appears in-front of you just start walking backwards. It saves you time and you get closer to the door without being killed

Another tip: Figure gets faster everytime you pick up a book, as soon as you unlock the coded door or finish the panel at the end he knows where you are and runs at mock 10. He can sense if you pick up a book so wait for him to go away further.

Just a tip, when doing the Halt thing where you go back and forth, you can walk backwards, which saves you time, and if you walk backwards that means you are still looking at halt, so you can see how much your gonna need to back up. Quick edit because I just got to the part where he asked what the one where you go back and forth is. His name is halt, He follows you down a hallway and he'll tell you to turn around. (its obvious on what the rest is so im not gonna bother)

Elite, i searched up how to get jack. Players can vaguely witness Jack within a closet beforehand by peering through the gap between the doors. Jack can still appear even if Rush, Ambush, or Figure are present. Rush can also trigger Jack when it breaks open the next door. Idk how but this is what i found. Have u had a good day?

It's called Halt. It will continue to chase you and you will have to turn around and run. Tip: Just click the backwards and forwards key, it's more convenient.

Hi Elite! I have a trick for you. At 2:22 you had to turn around back and fourth correct? Well, you don't. When it says turn around you can just press "S" (walk backwards.) It doesn't take any damage to look at it. I hope this helps! 🙏

The legit way to obtain jack is to use every Armchair even when not needed, you see one, get in, move on, find another one and repeat until it appears. Each time you use one Armchair increases chances of him appear to you :)

Pretty sure it's not a glitch, that's most likely because of it's hit box, cause it doesn't kill you when you stay out of it path, like in a vent. Ambush is the same but it's hit box is bigger. I think the devs are aware of this sense ambush is just rush but harder.

On halt you can just walk forward & when it says turn around you can just stand still instead of going back and forth. If you go forward a little after it says turn around, back up a little. It saves you SO MUCH TIME :)

A glitch to get 3 ambush is to go into a closet 3 times befor ambush comes then ambush has 3 versions (edit:user is Unkn0wngamin , also with the glitch it is very rare)

Elite if u wanna know how to find jack is that you need to go in closets a few times so whenever you find a room with a lot of closets go in them 2 times each because jack can appear and kick you out of the closet or you just see a glimpse of jack inside of the closet I hope this helps u finding him again lol Also the chances are random because some people say it's 1/2000 💀

3 Things you could've done: - Walk backwards instead of turning around on Halt because it's speed is random, sometimes fast sometimes slow, so you can get to the exit faster, - Finding Jack is easier if you go into a wardrobe and back out repetitively like the red suited man said * There's also a 1/2000 chance that Jack can appear when opening a door and make the room red if you didn't know - At door 100 once you run past you don't need to crouch. You can do the shortcut and the rest of the puzzles without crouching * If you do the lights puzzle quick enough and you don't crouch you can get to the exit without Figure chasing you. if you enter a cabinet/closet on the side of it, theres a higher chance you'll get jack, dont enter facing the cabinet, you have to be on the side of it Edit: only at door 50

Entirely false. Both entering the closet facing it and entering through the side of it is the same RNG, spamming enter on the closet in any area is faster to get Jack. I got jack on door 2.

Jack- jack can be spawned by exiting and opening a closet. Ambush- ambush can be spawned rarely and goes 4 or less or more times. Rush- it's just like ambush but he only comes 1 time rather than 4 times. Seek- seek's chase sometimes might be at door 35 or something idk I forgot. Figure- figure is blind but not deaf, you can also dodge him by crouching. Spirit or light- spirit or light can guide you during seek, figure or during in a dark room just in case you don't have a light source. Glîtçh- glîtçh can be spawned if your way behind the people/your friends. Screech-you can dodge screech by looking at him before you get jump scared by him. Timothy- Timothy only jump scares you and only deals - 5 hp every jumpscare. Comment if I forgot any more doors monstersツ:D

28:00 whow no you’re getting window and screech mixed up (screech: he ONLY appears in dark rooms and (fact: he can’t get you when rush comes through and breaks the lights that’s different because there is still some light) (hint: sometimes window appears in game after seeks (first chase) if you’re lucky enough if the next the room has a window and he might be there. AND (seeks first chase happens around door 30-40) (seeks second chase happens around door 80-90)

Door is gonna be releasing the new updates but its problaby not gonna be until later this month, but i found out they are adding new monsters and theres a seek peak into it real soon, but with doors two it might not be until the end of this month or beginning of next month it depends on how they are working with it, i also found out that since people die a lot when they cant find a closet, there can now be up to two people in one but the time might be short, they arent gonna put that in till later and make some changes with monsters Thanks for the likes

Elite did you know when you complete seek so when you ran away from him you can walk through the door again and he won't kill you. But follow him as he will run backward then you can jump down the whole in the map.

The back and fourth is the entity halt and flickering happens before his room his room also is random so there's no telling except the flickering
