Both of the skins cost 2,000 Wheels and the Goal Effect costs 1,000 Wheels. The skater banner is unlocked from getting 8 wins during the event. This contract expired after the first 7 days of the event and then restarted, giving you 2 chances to earn it. The skater title required you to get 24 wins during the event. I know some of you have been waiting on me to make a new video for quite some time now and I apologize for the hiatus.
