That feeling could very well be anxiety. Anxiety does that bro. Ive felt the exact same way and I got medical work done, ECG, XRay but all results came back normal so I got diagnosed with Anxiety.

I haven’t been here in a while. Cora is so big! Also my dad has heart issues with a big scare when we were at Disney world. He has palpitations and his heart gets out of rhythm a lot. Definitely avoid caffeine and even sugar. Also medicine does help.

Hey Roman, I'm having a similar issue currently as well. I'm 20 and I'm used to being pretty healthy and playing sports. My chest just feels heavy all of the time and it's like I'm out of breathe. Sometimes I'll have some pains shoot through my back/chest as well. My arms go numb a little bit sometimes as well. I am also a hypochondriac so I tend to freak out over little stuff too lol. I'm going to the doctor tomorrow and I'm very scared. I hope nothing bad is going on. I'm only 20, I have my entire life to look forward to and I don't want this to change any of that. Scary stuff man, heart and chest problems aren't something to mess around with. Wish me luck guys, please I could really use it right now.

Roman- there are so many possible reasons for those symptoms. are you grieving in a healthy way? Or just keep pushing it down? Are you stressed? Anxious about something? Whatever the case I’ll be praying for you! I’m proud of you that you went to the hospital and got checked out. That’s a huge step! Keep taking care of you!

Grief can weight heavy on us physically, I lost both parents in the past 2 years and found comfort when people in similar situations were experiencing the same symptoms.❤️

Ok so ik most people will probably never see this but I hold this story very very close to me. So the logo Smile More really reminds me of one of my best friends. Because about a year ago I was in a... Let's say a very dark spot ( that's to put it lightly ) and I almost did some stuff that I would have regretted. But my one friend was always there for me. He told me that people cared abt me, that I was needed here on Earth, that God's plan for me wasn't done yet, and that he needed me and I was one of his best friends. And he never let me forget thoes things. And over the course of three months I was feeling amazing cause of all of the little things that he was doing for me. He saved my life 5+ times and he made me smile when I didn't want to. So please if your reading this and you know someone that is going through something weather it be a big or a small thing tell them how much they mean to you. You never know how much it could help them and you never know when the last time your gonna talk to them will be

Total motivation I was sitting here watching this video thinking of all the was i can improve my self slowly but surely I will make it happen Roman, not just for you, but for myself my family and my 3 dogs. I really needed this video today. All the stress Ive been going thru has been weighing hard on me lately and I really needed to hear someone, to motivate me, to stop letting life bring me down as hard as it has been, to help me get thru what I’m going thru right now. They could never understand or imagine how much their kind words and motivational talks really have helped so many ppl including myself. This video came at the perfect time for me bc I’m about to be facing one of the hardest days Of my entire life next week and I’ve been so broken and just mentally and physically exhausted and just ready to give up. I've gone through something similar. I know exactly how it makes you feel. Have you tried a muscle relaxer and going to a chiropractor? I would reccomend a chiro. I doubt it is anxiety. I have read ringing in the ears is linked to something related to your heart. You might read into that. Best wishes and stay strong... the world needs you. You are loved.
