Today the family and I cut the hole into our pond and went for a swim. This is such a challenge for us so I'm really proud of everyone.

I would ALWAYS discuss this with your doctor first before trying this if you have a condition. And NEVER try this alone even if you dont have seizures, you can blackout and drown.
