For Cora to stop having the binky; you have to take it away(cold turkey). Show her that they are all gone/ they went bye bye. It’s going to be hard and she’s mostly likely going to be fussy for a couple of days(or more)but it’s worth it.

i am not telling you how to raise your baby believe that!! but just take the binky away for one whole day and night and replace it with a cheweeze toy for babies, and dont crumble when she cries for the binky, (i just want to give my tips on what i had to do to get my son off the binky.) then put the binkies up away in a bowl and dont let cora see where you put them and never mention them to her, that way will be the "go to" if you happen crumble, but dont take them out, then each day that passes give her something else to bite on and you will see within a week she will forget about them, just give it a try

Aw, hey Brit? If your legs are always sore (I know why they're sore, it's because you work out a lot and do calorie restriction. I do too, so I know what I'm talking about here), have you talked to your trainer about taking micro doses (1/10, up to 1/5 of the directed amount) of bcaa's (Branched Chain Amino Acids)? This helps your muscles feel 10x better after an intense workout. It's amazing. You can also try taking beta-alanine (but please make sure you buy a contaminate/lead-free brand, by avoiding Allmax products). Beta-alanine buffers muscle acidity by increasing carnosine (an amino acid) levels in your blood and delays fatigue and pain in muscles. It really works, I use it. Ask your doctor and trainer about these. K? :D
