To watch Craig's guests relax and enjoy themselves to the extent they do is one of the most heart warming experiences in the history of Late Shows I have ever experienced. His interactions with "Geoff" is off the charts and his presentation style (described by Desmond Tutu as 'crazy, but the kind of crazy we need') is pure gold never to be superceded. There is, and always will be, only ONE Craig Ferguson.

I just love her, She is the perfect 'foil' for Craig. You just can't dislike her, as she is never quite sure if Craig is trying to get her to admit something 'naughty', which she shies away from, and she then comes out with something far worse than he was probably going to ask. The best thing I like is she rarely talks about her Films or current TV shows she is on. Whereas 99% of all the other 'guests' just 'appear' to 'advertise' their latest Films and TV shows - or Books.

I have seen Rosie Perez in a number of movies, but this grouping of 8 visits to Craig's Show has made me realize just how much of a dear woman/actress Rosie truly is! She's got a giant heart of gold I think, and she is so very pretty, I would love to meet her, and get to know her well. I cannot see ANYONE not being able to get along with Rosie Perez! I may be wrong, but I believe she is one of the most down to Earth and affable women in Hollywood. She's without selfishness; there's nothing I have noticed over these appearances indicating she's full of herself - something often said concerning actors and actresses - and I just love her sense of humor! I am above, at the end of her 4th visit now, and looking forward to all the rest, and feeling as if falling in love with this lovely lady! It amazes me how down to earth this Hollywood actress truly is, and although I am certain she isn't at all unintelligent - the very opposite I surely think - she appears to handle herself whether it would be in a physical or an intellectual nature, and that, together with a great sense of fun and nonchalance; quite a blessing I am sure, to all who personally know and love her. I love her accent, and wish I could call and have a nice long chat, moving towards our going out for dinner, to get to know one another more closely, as she's my type of remarkable gal! Craig as well, has a great way with his guests, and making a $half-million a year tells us much of the late-night ratings for television goes to CBS! I am sad he wanted to move on after 10 years of working the same job, and personally, I have not watched CBS late-night since he left. Maybe I SHOULD look in and at least find out how the spot is progressing! I sat next to Rosie at a Lakers game in Utah. We chatted. She sounded like a Rhodes Scholar. At first she denied she was Rosie. Then Penny Marshall came down one row to talk to her, she then admitted she was Rosie. They were playing hookie from some awards show and flew to SLC for the playoff game. She could not have been kinder, brighter, and more pleasant. That thick accent was her roots, but she could have played any highly sophisticated role. No problem.

The two films I remember Rosie Perez most from are Fearless(1993): where two survivors of a terrible plane crash bond under unusual circumstances. Rosie plays a young mother blaming herself for the loss of her baby, who meets a man(Jeff Bridges)that experiences an extreme sense of invulnerability from the tragedy. Our young lady acted up a storm in this movie. The other film was the 1994 comedy: It Could Happen To You, where a cop offers to share half of his lottery winnings with a waitress; in lieu of the tip. Rosie played his spoiled wife who doesn't want him to make good on his promise. She's very over the top in this fun fun movie.

There aren't too many funny woman like Rosie; she disproves the notion that there aren't any natural comedians. Just like Craig and Josh. 😎
