Metchie, Tank, and Hutchinson is a quietly good WR corps. Not crazy fast, but really good route running and physical receivers. I still would like them to add a speedster just to get creative, but add Schultz and Pierce and Singletary to that mix, and the Texans are improving.

@@ryanslauderdale I know Tank ran a 4.49 at his pro day but that was a bad run for him. I hear he's ran as fast as 4.33 at Houston and watching him pull away from defenders on film he's definitely faster than 4.49. Either way he's extremely quick, shifty, and great footwork in short spaces and has enough speed to pull away once he's in the open field. I need them to add a physical true #1

Wish the Falcons could’ve gotten him in second round and another need in the first. Drake London is damn good don’t get me wrong I just think Metchie was a 1st round talent as well but knew he’d slip down. Had 95/97 yards and a TD in the SECCG….before halftime. Easily one of the best defenses I’ve seen in the 17 years I’ve been watching.

Williams and Metchie took Bama back to the playoffs playing in the hardest/most talented division in college football while Olave, Wilson, Smith, Egbuka sat on their ass at home. UGA has the best defense by far yet Metchie 95yrds/1 TD (injured at halftime) and Williams 174yrds/2 TD’s…. Williams had more yards and TD’s against the best defense in a decade than Olave, Wilson, Smith had combined against Alabama in the NC! (A game where Metchie also had more yrds than any of those WR’s) Better? I think Smith could be the best overall but Olave/Wilson or Williams/Metchie? 🤔 No way in hell am I taking Olave/Wilson. Yall play nobody! They should all have 1,600 yards!

He’s gonna be the number 1 receiver for the Texans. His ceiling is Hopkins. Not great speed but an awesome route runner to get separation.
