Russia is extremely weak, they should've disabled all ammunition delivery mechanisms, rail, road, and air from day one, but their weapons are ancient that's why they haven't been able to do so. I'm also sure turkey's opponent doesn't have $300billion in military aid in a year. Every weapon coming to Ukraine is smuggled. Citizens can smuggle contraband talk more of when a federal government does it. There are so many ways and Russia has blown up so many depots if you have been following the right news. To be able to intercept those shipments, there is a lot of info you have to acquire like time, route, mode of transport etc which is never easy to acquire at once.
