I'm super gifted at giving massages and I've been told I can pinpoint and feel peoples pain without them telling me where it is, sometimes even when they don't know the origins of their pain, so why should I not build a career on that gift? I'm not gonna work 2 jobs just to make ends meet and then come home to give people free massages. I literally could not have the energy it takes to share my gift if I'm spending it working 60 hours a week just so I can eat 1-2 meals a day. I've been getting paid for my gift for over a decade and haven't lost it so I call bullshit.

I do not think you understand how much time and energy goes into this. I work full-time and do readings on the side, it takes me an hour to tune in with energies before actually starting the reading, then time for the reading itself and once you have finished you feel like you have been working for 3 days straight, most psychics/mediums can not do more than two or three readings a day just because they drain themselves so much, most of the time they need couple of days off to recharge after that. Also you have to develop and work on your skills every single day, same like going to university, but the thing is after uni people get paid once they find a job. If all of those taking money would lose their skills you would not see many left on this planet. It is an energy exchange, which has to be equal. The impact/relief you make on people is not even worth that amount of money and these are not my words, these are the words of my clients. I guess if you had that gift you would be talking very differently. I understand where you are coming from as we used to have this old fashioned thinking coming from grandparents etc. but remember at that time they had a completely different lifestyle than we have now.

There are people gifted in all different kinds of things. Are you going to tell professional football players who entertain/play football to play for free because they need to work like everyone else?

@Kasey Trying to help people by spreading the truth is more helpful. Tyler can not prove what he is doing is real, so in some sense he is lying to people and to comfort people with trickery is really not helpful. He comforts people in the same way others can comfort people by telling them everything is okay and that their relatives are in a better place, but then he adds something else to the equation by telling people he can talk to these relatives and charges them money to do so and there is no verifiable truth that he really does this and he is then taking advantage of vulnerable people. If you think it's negative and/or hateful to want to help vulnerable people know the truth, then that is how you choose to see it. I think people who only wish to see this as a true thing without verifiable truth are perpetuating ignorance which is harmful to most everyone when people take advantage of that ignorance. Bottom line though, using tricks on people to make them think something else is happening isn't helpful.

The only comfort he is offering is the normal comfort we are all capable of, which is okay, but then he adds a lie to it and charges money for that lie. I find that helpful to know and helpful to spread the truth and if it's helpful you agree that's a good thing right? To answer your other questions: It is my business the same as you feel it's your business to reply to something I've said with something you've said.
