Admiral General Aladeen should have checked that the lid on that urn was set to Aladeen. In the Aladeen position, it can easily fall off and spill the contents. You should always twist the lid clockwise until you hear the click. Then it is safely in the Aladeen position, preventing the ashes from spilling. Always check that it is in the Aladeen position. Simple.

I would have been honoured to have been part of such a splendid piece of satirical performance with th elikes of sacha baron cohen. I certainly wouldn't have cried like a baby.
