Garou even ultimately turns into a monster. To break the limit of humans, one should overcome death, which Saitama and Garou did. But they pushed their limits in a different story and way.

That is an incorrect character interpretation, in Saitama's story, God is evil and a antagonist. Yujiro also believed in the power of man, and would never accept the help of the Devil or anyone else. Good animation, but it's like this was made by people who watched both anime through UKposts shorts only.
