Salted meat recipe:
Pork : 4kg
roasted salt: 0.4kg
galangal : 0.5kg
fermented rice, cereal yeast, coriander. . . Mix all ingredients and meat well and store in an airtight container. After 30 days, it can be eaten.
Recipe for pickled vegetables:
5kg of vegetables washed and dried, then finely chopped and mixed with onions, garlic, chili, sugar and salt. Then put in a jar and pour warm water to cover the vegetables and cover after 1 week to be able to eat.
