Really? The cheating part isnt the part that bothers me, it is the distance between me and the one I love, that is actually what gets to me.. That when he is with her, he isnt with me, that bothers me.. but only because I want to actually share more time with him.. Strange isnt it, most women are angry because of the lie, or because of the act it's self.. Im upset because I genuinely care about him more, and want to be able to experience more time with him.. funny world isnt it.

This song hits hard because my mum used to listen to it all the time. I never understood why back then and assumed she just liked the song. But it’s only now that I realised why she listened to it religiously and I cry every time I hear it. My dad left my mum for a woman he met a couple of times and left behind my mum and 4 young kids. Me being the youngest of the 4. I can’t help but cry for my mum’s sake every time I hear this song… Edit: Wow I really didn’t expect so many people from all over the world to show support and empathy and I am truly so grateful for every single comment, I read them all

Hits different when you’ve been through it. Wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy. It’s the type of pain that has you crying into a pillow at 4 am. Can’t eat, can’t sleep, can’t even think. +Marija Jakopin My theory is actually that the end of the clip, chronologically, actually happened first. He comes back home late after hooking up with the girl and hugs her, when she first realizes something is wrong. Then, the next morning (opening scenes of the music video) that's when she fakes that she's okay until he leaves and then burns his stuff/takes the car. The rest of the music video are cuts of various scenes during those days, but I feel like it makes most sense this way.

I remember being her. I cried and cried at night but pretended to be this happy person during the day. No one knew that anything was wrong with our relationship until my friends started noticing but I keep that to myself for years believing that he would stop, I cried to him about it and told him that he hurt me but he didn't stop, it didn't stop, so I stopped taking it and left. I don't ever want to go back to that situation ever again.
