Wonderful job! Sarabi is one of the most underrated characters in the Lion King franchise. I love how she gets more spotlight in the 2019 film. I like how you explained her backstory.

I agree with everything you said. But in the remake she's an extremely unlikable character, she's all time serious and keeps her pride under bad conditions just because she refuses to make peace with Scar.

It's a shame that Madge Sinclair passed away shortly after the original film was released. Hence why Sarabi never returned in the following films... Here's more detailed info copied from IMDB - "Sinclair, having died in 1995 at Los Angeles' Good Samaritan Hospital following a 13 year battle with leukemia, could not reprise her role as Queen Sarabi in The Lion King 2: Simba's Pride (1998). The directors felt that replacing her voice could be seen as disrespectful and inappropriate. Sinclair was survived by her first husband, Dean Compton; her two sons; her mother; and her sister."

@@Not.shayyla I believe he considers The Lion Guard canon as he mentions the story of Nala’s father being saved by The Lion Guard but in the Uru video he mentions that Scar got his scar from his father instead of a snake (I believe this his own non-canon backstory of Scar)

My GF has been asking me to watch The Lion Guard (I watched The Lion King I and II way back in the day as a kid) and I fell in love with the series again and found your video! I love the Zira one and watching this one atm. Keep it up! It's nice to see that there is a fanbase still for these characters. 💙💙💙

I just wanna mention this real quick. In the lion guard episode the ukunbushu tradition, when Simba is talking to the elephant (I forgot her name) you can see 2 lionesses that look like Sarabi and Sarafina.

Sarabi hails from the Rock Lands, which is found North-West of the Pride Lands. Brought to the Pride Lands as a young cub, she was betrothed to the young Prince Mufasa, and was destined to be Queen. Calm and collected in most situations, Sarabi is a very proud lioness and a loving mother. She is firm with her opinions and decisions, and will not be swayed not matter what.

Can you also talk about queen lupa the madness queen. The madness of queen Rupert is an upcoming fanfiction by Sammy chance taking place after the events of the lion King 2 simba pride. After the murder of four of the former king Simba his murder and cousin Lupa takes over as queen and a ring of life and death begins but with lupa strongly determined to finish her cousin family it’s up to her children bakari tinochika rahim hakima and the sum of the pride to defeat the mad queen before it is too late.
