Cucumbers with Chili Ketchup without Sterilization
We began to preserve cucumbers, according to our favorite recipe. Perhaps this year we will try other recipes for preserving cucumbers.
For one serving of 5 liter jars, you need:

Cucumbers (2/3 of medium and 1/3 of small) - 4 kg.
Horseradish leaf - 3 pcs.
Dill inflorescence (fresh or dried) - 5 pcs.
Garlic - 15 cloves
Black pepper (peas) - 25 pcs.
Sweet pepper (peas) - 15 pcs.
Water (boiling water) - 2.3 l.
Marinade:
Chili ketchup (packing 270-300 g) - 1 pc.
Sugar - 200 g.
Salt - 2 tablespoons
Vinegar (9%) - 200 ml.
Water - 1.5 l.
Pre-wash cucumbers, remove all thorns and flowers. Pour cucumbers with clean water and leave for 2 hours.
Sterilize the lids - in a saucepan of boiling water, 5 minutes
We sterilize jars - we do it in the microwave. Pour 100 g of water and send it to the microwave for 5 minutes. After that, drain the water and cover with a lid.
In each jar we put - 3 cloves of Garlic, 2 pieces (2/3 parts) of Horseradish leaves, Dill inflorescence, 5 peas of Black Pepper and 3 peas of Allspice.
We cut off the nose and ass of the cucumber and put it in a jar. It is most convenient to stack medium-sized cucumbers vertically, filling the jar tightly, and lay small cucumbers on top until the jar is full.
After all 5 jars are filled, fill them with boiling water and leave for 15 minutes, while preparing the marinade.
Pour our salt and sugar into the pan, pour water. Add a package of chili ketchup and mix thoroughly. Put on the stove, bring to a boil. Let the marinade simmer for 5 minutes. After that, add vinegar and bring to a boil.
Drain the water from the cucumbers and pour the hot marinade over.
We twist the jars and send them under the covers, put the jars down with the lid.
The next day, you can send the jars to the shelves.
