Last summer myself, my husband and a pair of friends did some overlanding and camped (with permission) in Navajo territory in south Arizona.. My husband is half Navajo and half black, and our friend with us are native too (Mik'maq eastern Canada tribe).. I'm Japanese so knew nothing of Skinwalkers or other native American legends until the next day... I was cold so I slept inside our 4runner with my heated blankie plugged in our batteries, and remember waking up briefly to a chill in my spine that gave me the kreeps and happen to look out the window beside me and seeing a HUGE black figure, abour 5 to 6 feet, sitting between our trucks, which were about 50 feet apart for privacy.. As my eyes accepted being awake and adjusted, i seen a HUGEE (unnaturally huge muscular) black canine (not quite a wolf, bot no known species of dog, either).. I could make out bright blue eyes, even in the dark, that almost seemed to glow their own light (impossible, I know).. I am 4 feet 11 inches tall.. This thing sitting, was taller than me.. I had the trucks as scale.. It looked calm, like it was content, so even when it looked right at me, I was still more curious, not scared.. Suddenly it bared it's teeth.. Suddenly it revealed a mouth full of razor sharp teeth, with what I was CERTAIN was a smile.. I screamed and started honking the horn and banging on the roof to wake up everyone.. At which point i'm almost certain it stood on 2 legs as it ran off into the darkness as fast as a car can go on a highway! (Fear plays tricks on the mind though, i know, but i'm certain)... My husband said "We gotta go now!.. It found me!.. My mother warned me about the blue eyed one hunting our family for generations killing the men, but I never believed her!.. We gotta get back to Canada!", Packing in a frantic rush while looking as terrified as I was, he rushed packing up and arguing with our 2 friends who weren't taking his urgency serious, so stayed there... Finally we took off, arriving at a hotel by dawn.. Our friends stayed, not believing us.. At the hotel he told me about Skinwalkers and that before she died, his mother told him she moved to Canada to escape the Skinwalker with deep glowing blue eyes that cursed her family, hunting the men that stay, but he didn't believe her..... We cut our trans America trip short and headed back to Canada, and after a few months of terrifying experiences of something attacking our house and sheds at our now old home in Vancouver, IMMEDIATELY upon return, we moved across Canada.. We have had peace since.... Ever since, I am obsessed with researching Skinwalkers and listening to stories and encounters.. I have found just a few with a description chillingly similar to what I seen, razor sharp teeth, HUGE size, running off on 2 legs impossibly fast, and all.. Just eye color varies.. This thing is real guys!... Respect Navajo land... Their curses are terrifyingly real, as are Skinwalkers Now, this may sound crazy, but I'm certain of what I seen... It was either a potentially undiscovered huge species on canine, with an entire mouth full of teeth all long and sharp like a dog's 2 canine teeth, but sharper.. Or it was a Skinwalker.... I have a occurring nightmare that it is chasing me as I am running terrified through the forest, carrying our crying son, and the Skinwalker is chasing me covered in my husband's blood, letting out a traumatizingly scary howl, wailing, screan that sounds like a thousand wounded souls of various age and gender all at once... I hate it and even have a sleeping disorder because i'm traumatized from this nightmare and now have a phobia of sleep so have to take medications to sleep and not dream.. It still comes though.... I beg readers to takethe Skinwalker legend serious.. Stop calling them silly names like "Dog man".. Dogs are cute.. A Skinwalker encounter will ruin your life, mentally, emotionally and spirituality.. Stay away from Navajo territory.

Love this one. Even though its dated as 2018. I've watched/listened to MANY similar stories, but none of them are like this one. Corpse has really done a great job here. So many of the other stories/readers come off with usually mundane, mono-toned voices and are hard to follow along. The way Corpse presents his videos, (with emotion in his voice, pausing or exclaiming at just the right time) you'd almost swear you were right there in the story. Hands down, in my opinion, he's the best one on the 'net. I ALWAYS look for new videos from him before anyone else. Maybe this makes me weird or whatever, but oh well. Thanks for posting. Looking forward to the next one

I have many encounters and so has my family. There are even family secrets that involve these entities. I been looking at a few Q's so I'll try to answer some. -They are human at first but they have to do the family sacrifice following a series of rituals the older ones teach them. -If they stay in their animal skin long enough they will almost become immortal. -The oldest ones are the most powerful due to all the darkness they attract and keep. -They can cause actually illnesses that can't be treated with medicine once at a medical facility which may result in dying. -They perform witchcraft that sees into your life from another realm. -Traditional made arrowheads that have cedar or some root ash (I can't translate) or corn pollen on it will help guarantee some type of harm against this being. Other than the previous suggestion you would need a special ancient ceremony that no one ever does any more to take out the skinwalker. -I know friends who are of European descent (outsiders) that have experiences of these, usually those people don't ever talk about it because the encounter left them traumatized. I heard about a story maybe 14 years ago about a boy who went missing while him and his family were passing through Gallup. Apparently they're account of what happened correlates with skinwalker abductions. -Such has happened, people running on the side of mesas where it's very hard for vehicles to access unless by air end up going missing. -Caves with fresh firepits containing instruments of the dark arts but absolutely no foot prints or tracks inside the cave, just at the entrance. -Where ever you go don't not leave any piece of anything that comes from your body, your clothes shoes jackets gloves outside around places close to the hills, canyons and mesas. Let's say you have a special blanket you air dry on a clothesline, you forget it's outside and leave it overnight come next morning when you remember... it's gone. From there they can take what you use and curse it, later on the day or week you may find what you lost in the small place but it will be cursed and the only way to get rid of it is basically not touching or using it and immediately throw it away or leave it there and never touch it. -It gains power through fear suffering and jealousy. Internally project your spirit to confront it head on with no fear because that's how I've been able to keep afloat with my interactions and it seems that's what my family and friends had to do to survive their encounters. I moved into a 120 year old house I remodeled the inside completely last December. In January when the snow was thick I came home and my backdoor handle was hanging off but the deadbolt was intact. Someone had clearly tried to break in. What spooked me is there was NO tracks in the snow. It was still flurrying too but there would've been slight prints of some kind. I bought a 12 gauge after that with enough slugs to fell a small army. Well during the night I've heard strange noises outside my window. One night I heard a distorted clicking noise like one would make with their tongue. It would go fast then long and slow. It was eerie it's hard to describe. I've never seen someone make a noise like that though. Another night I heard heavy labored breathing THROUGH the wall. I had to shut off the TV for complete silence I have never heard breathing through an exterior wall. I remodeled this house and I used the thickest sheetrock and sheathing available. That's how my family builds to be as true as the old homes because they're strong and built to last. I don't think it's possible for me to hear a human breathing like that through a wall. It was right near my bedside. Real enough to make my heart rate go crazy and feel like it'll jump out my chest. I think it was something evil, sinister. I'm not sure but it always seems to happen at night. It only happened in the winter so we'll see what happens this winter.

Yeah, the Narrator is legit when he speaks about how Taboo it is to talk about Skinwalkers. Even medicine men I talk to, they say that talking or mentioning Skinwalkers is like summoning one to visit you. Skinwalkers can mimic the voices of your loved ones, it knows how you love, and can invade your dreams to give you nightmares. Its rumor to become a Skinwalker is to sacrifice the person you love most. They make noises that don't sound human or animal like a contorted blend of the two. A way to identify a Skinwalker is if an animal has a tail. Humans dont have tails and that goes the same for Skinwalkers, despite what animal they turn into, they wont have a tail. Navajo cops are also trained to help calm down people who live in far away farms and towns. The legend is that they are witches and warlockes. Agents of chaos to cast curses and harass people. Although there arent many accounts of people being killed by Skinwalkers, but they lurk. Its impossible to get elders to talk about our boogeymen. Adults usually do, but when I attempt to gather information, I get heavily chastised by my peers. This is my favorite animated horror story on youtube; I've been searching for 2 years to find a scarier one and haven't yet. I've watched it 20 times and each time it freaks me out.

I haven't seen a skin walker and I don't think I want to see one. They look similar to Wendigos by the way that's one of the creepiest stories I've ever heard.

Not only is this story scary, but the way the story is animated is super creepy as well...

I can't think of anytime a cartoon has made me freak out and a little scared. Awesome job!! Just a note though: "IF" a you make eye contact or close encounter with a Skinwalker, they will get your scent and track you down by any means necessary until they kill you. They lock on and won't leave you alone. If this 'was' true, these kids would of been long gone, and dead if they had came that close to one.

Ok this animation is anything I have not seen and you are extremely talented! 1 min in the video and I'm impressed! Also from New Mexico so good job :)
