Great parking spot! Your couch will be the center of your home. Good call. ❤️🌱. It is my belief that rural communities will be normal coming soon and family friendly parking, social settings and family business will be developed across the country inside those acres. Raising and growing nutrient rich food is where our freedom compass is pointing. 🧭🌱 Blessings ❤️

Loved the fact that y'all are taking the time to spend with the grandparents. My grandmother raised me & she lived to be 94yrs old & that still wasn't long enough for me! Savor each & every second that you can with them. Teaching your children how important time & making memories is is one of the greatest things you can teach them....because when it's all said & done, memories are all we have. I lost my Dad almost 3yrs ago to liver cancer & he was still so young, only 64 & he always lived his life to the fullest & taught me the same. Making these great, life changing decisions while your kids are still young & impressionable is the best thing you can do as their parents. Great job. Also, I don't know if you've thought about it but I've seen on MANY builds that when they use the futon cushions on the sofa they slide down constantly so most end up having to get really strong velcro, cut strips & put like 3 under the cushion & behind it. One build I watched did it & said over time the velcro got "dirty" & wouldn't work as well so they sewed on some straps about the width of a seat belt & about 10" long sewed it to the top end of the cushion (the part that your back will be on) & put metal snaps on them & the other part of the snap into the frame of the sofa. Hope this will save you some headache down the road. Not much longer & y'all will be in the bus full time! I can't wait for you to do a complete tour! I have followed you from day one & I think I'm as excited as you guys are!

That is so wonderful to have family able to offer you a gorgeous casual parking spot for the bus. The kids having the access to the grandparents is priceless time spent.

Looks like awesome place to park for awhile. Kids should love it. Grandparents also!

That’s a beautiful spot - you are indeed lucky to have family so accommodating. (And yeah… thanks for the baby bird video. Worth it!) 🥰

I am building our bus right now and taking so many lessons from you! Thank you for sharing. I hope to end up in a spot in the woods to unschool and re-wild my babies. Cook outside over a fire every night and really connect. Oh I can’t wait

You might consider hinging the top of that extension and use that dead space for storage. Good shoe storage.and or tools🤔 what a beautiful setting on that family ground. Coming together nicely 😎✌️

I hope you go back and watch these videos so that you realize how much storage space that you covered up. Such as the NEW back angle of your couch. That little angle could hold a lot of stuff !,

So sorry to hear that. Definitely look into RVs. And if you have a large enough truck, maybe a camper trailer. Either one would be amazing. Good luck and God bless you guys.

I am surprised that you were allowed to register and get the bus inspected. By federal law and most states you are required to have clearance lights front and rear and marker lights on the side but itis a nice build.

That would be awesome. But the spot is pretty flat as it is. There’s gravel under that grass too. It’s a bit grown up, but it’s relatively level.
