I think a lot of you need to remember that Mitch is quite used to being a minority leader. He was the reason Obama had such a hard time getting things done throughout his entire presidency. Don’t underestimate him. We need to shore up the blue vote in 2022 and beyond.

I think the inauguration and this day has been lovely!!! So much good in one day! Very well planned, executed and inclusive of all involved. I think they did a really great job considering the circumstances the inauguration exceeded my expectations. It's been civilized and familiar, just perfect. Good coverage of everything going on too. @@rams_r_champs debt doesn't work that way. The government would have to print more Money and put it in circulation to cancel debt. If that happens the value of the dollar decreases because there is more money in circulation. Also, the government doesn't owe money to itself, it owes it to banks, institutional investors, or mangled funds. The decreasing value of our currency also hurts the world economy because so many countries rely on our currency as the most valuable and in some cases, other countries actually use our currency rather than making their own.
