Maybe Underground and Ambusher Manhunts? That would be very interesting. They could expand both factions with new types of enemies like Underground snipers or Ambusher tanks.

I've been playing Season 9 for a couple of weeks and really enjoy it. The main missions are a total blast, pardon the pun. Thanks to those people playing with me, it makes each mission that more enjoyable. Happy 4th of July fellow Agents.
