It's so funny. You can tell exactly when Sebastian found out Anthony was getting the shield. In his interviews before 2017 he's like, "Yeah I would totally love to be Captian America" and then in 2017 to 2019 he's like, "That's not my decision." Now he's like, "Bucky shouldn't get the shield, he's still trying to find himself."
