The others were highly touted from high school. Thats excellent. No other coach in the country did as much for that position or any other position. Cut him slack

Realistically.First team reps matter. Newman took those majority of off season. Qb coach and offensive coordinator gets $ for a reason, to prepare all highly touted qbs. Mathis has been horrible. Plan d it was. It worked for a minute. Hc cant be perfect
