The time limit is a little higher actually.] A theory I saw from another UKpostsr was that you had to complete Insane Mode within 16 minutes. I checked when the timer ended after Wave 40 and when the triumph pop-up appeared and it was around 4 minutes, well, with an extra second to be more precise. That means they completed Insane Mode in 15 minutes and 45 seconds, within the theoretical 16 minute threshold. Did I crack the case?
