The problem Scar most often has is his inability to perceive dangers. But once he knows the danger is there, then he is capable of impressive feats of bravery and skill. And also impressive deaths, but that need not be mentioned.

Yeah well, warden is actually way scarier like this. You can just keep dodging a wither pretty much indefinitely as Scar demonstrated. But if you get the warden's attention, you can't dodge, you can just try to get away before it starts shrieking.

@@lightning_11 Scar is getting better at the game. This was Grian's plan the whole time: make Scar GOOD at Minecraft. The tasks require him to do things that allow him to grow better, and the combat challenges require him to be smarter, faster, and all around more skilled. Grian came up with Secret Life to help his friend improve!

The fact that Scar somehow managed to survive that whole time with a Warden loose and with the Wither actively chasing him for so long genuinely impresses me. Not only did he not die, but he didn't even take that much damage from the whole ordeal while 3 other people died during it. Honestly, hats off to Scar for that

He’s lucky that he didn’t get the wither effect tbh- Scott had only almost died because of the wither effect. Also Grian died when he already only had one heart(which is Grians fault but we’re only talking about the wither and warden)

There's something really funny about Scar declaring that he's about to turn evil and bring out Chaos Scar, whose position as an envoy of chaos and destruction is immediately outdone by Etho and Grian orchestrating the ultimate battle

@@oatmealcookie02 yes, mounders are the mentioned "other people", so I don't know what's wrong with my statement. Also, it was not at the center of the map, it was "a central location". For example between Heart Foundation and Scar would have worked as well, but they chose the most central location, not just a central location.

Scar was unironically one of the most destructive forces in this entire episode, the man killed just as many people as the Warden and is partially responsible for the enormous path of destruction caused by the Wither. (For the record, Scar dropped Bdubs from full to 0 with his Zombie stunt, crit several people during the Wither fight, and killed BigB in the chaos.)

That was the SILLIEST chase scene I've ever watched, holy cow. Joel being chased by the wither and CROSSING PATHS WITH THE WARDEN while everyone else is either hiding or also running in the background is the most slapstick, unbelievable comedic thing I've ever seen on the life series, WOW.

also, poor BigB and everyone else who got accidentally hurt by other players in that mob of people trying to help and kill the wither, oh wow. I guessed that Grian's task was to get the wither because he failed the last task, but the Warden was straight out of the left field. I'm guessing that's Etho's task? But I swear he passed it last episode, maybe he noticed a mistake he made while editing like Grian did... WOW. and was Jimmy out last again?

Etho had Pearl's task by the end of last session which meant he needed to reroll, and it ended up being a team task with Grian. Grian needed to get a Wither, Etho needed to get a Warden, and they needed to bring the two bosses to a central area and make them fight.

for those that do not know the Chicken game is usually how far do you want to go in a dangerous situation before you get out of it and you need to get out of it before you die. A good example of this is from the previous season of Limited Life with the Bad Boys burning some of the roof of the Wooden Mansion. The goal there was "How long can you keep your fire there before it burns the WHOLE mansion?" For that I would say Joel won though you could also argue for Jimmy though his bit of burning got quite a few more blocks than Grian's and Joel's

I'm so proud of you for stepping up and coming a BEAST at this game, dude! I feel like Scar should be forced to reroll for a hard task next session because he broke the rules by killing another green, but I doubt that will happen. Plus the constant teasing about how he didn't escape afterwards felt uncalled for after watching Bdubs perspective where there wasn't much he could do.

This has been the most chaotic episode of any life series. I didn't even know that there was a deep dark. The chase scene might be one of if not the funniest scenes in the series as a whole. Coming on par with mumbos task timing where you said Oh I CAN'T KEEP A HEART FOR THE LIFE OF ME MUMBO. I was wheezing.

It’s mad impressive that he only took two hearts of damage during the wither chase. I’ve been going through the videos and watching everyone ending up in the warden vs wither fight and it hasn’t ceased to be entertaining.

This was a perfect example of a task that could almost never have been worth the amount of hearts required to fulfill it. Scar would've ended up so much further ahead if he'd just failed the task and let the wither chase him around for another half hour! :D

Task ideas (Red): cause another player to take damage in 5 different ways (Normal): Throughout the session you frequently forget or get confused as to what life series you are in. For example, if you’ve experienced betrayals in past life series, act as though they just happened. If you had past partnerships/teams, use this. You could also use past bits/running jokes. Additionally, you could bring up things like the boogyman, time running out, or soulmates as if these are currently in effect. You must engage with other players while experiencing these episodes. If someone mentions that you are bringing up old events, act confused/disoriented/in denial. (Normal): You can’t use the letter M

Secret Task Suggestion: Get a hermit with a 'catch phrase' (IE: mumbo's 'chuffed to bits' for example or Scar with his 'scarred for life' ) to say their catch phrase about a topic at least three times in a conversation with other hermits without anyone in the conversation realizing that this is your task.

I loved your music choice for the chase scene! The whole thing felt like a bouncy cartoon scene and I loved it! Mad respect for also stopping time to time to shoot back, too. Love the skin, hope animators use it lots!

A horrible hard task idea for next week: Patch up all the holes created by the wither last week. It doesnt need to be perfectly fixed, but the holes must blend in again when youre done.

I never doubted that more than one person could win that task, I think you’re fine. My only problem is that a lot of the games weren’t games of chicken, just random “first to take damage” things but even that wasn’t consistent cuz the water bucket was last to take damage wins while the zombie was first to take damage wins… but as you said you guys self moderate and all 3 of you were on board with those competitions so you shouldn’t have to reroll
