😢I’m so sorry for your loss & heart pain.🙏 This year on March 12th, is the 25th deathaversary of my Beautiful eldest daughter, who left me at the young age of one day shy of being 16.5 years old. I’ve come to know how Blessed I was, for GOD taking her Instantly, before she could’ve even known what was happening, in a freak accident, where literal an inch or two, made the difference between life & death.My father had died of a rare virus a year earlier in March,& my Mom died right after the New Year ball dropped on 1998-My comment being that the year could only get Better from its start….until my daughter died just 2.5 months later. I was also Blessed with my Grandmother, who I’d talked with Very frequently about my Mom, her daughter, the Grandmother of my children-all the different dynamics, only to then add My daughter, her Great Granddaughter, my children’s Big Sis, to the frequent tears & laughs we shared. Some have actually asked how I could feel Blessed over the loss of my daughter, & it’s bc I’ve witnessed, & known the Hell of watching children slowly die, children who’ve met Horrific Nightmarish deaths through the hands of Pure Evil,& those parents & even siblings who’ve gone to Their graves, never Knowing what, where, ifs of their child who disappeared. Nobody can even Begin to know the Lifelong nightmares of those parents & family, including Me, who has just the one. I was also wise enough to know my Grief would be with me through my last breath on earth,& didn’t try to fit it in a tidy box of time I’ve seen so many do, even over elders who’ve died, & this by No uncertainty, means it doesn’t SUCK EVERY SINGLE DAY. I wake to Landis’ High School Senior picture, an event she never made it to in her life here,& her picture is the last thing I look at before turning my light out at night. This Christmas, the day that started the spiraling of Loss in my life, with my Mom getting sick, my youngest, now 36, had her Amazing fiancé open a gift I was told was for me(on FaceTime after they’d opened everything),but it had to stay there(they live in another state than me),& he held up a little reindeer pajama outfit!!! No doubt my Mom, Grandmother, & my daughter had a hand in GOD answering my longtime prayers, at a Very Hard milestone in my life!!! Good things Do happen, even to those silently living with holes in their hearts, but Nobody should Have to be silent bc of other people being uncomfortable at the mention of our Loved Ones’ names!!! Another thing GOD has Blessed me with-friends I can talk with!!! “Gone But Never Forgotten” is the lousiest unintentional lie put forth by people in the moment of death & funerals. Know that we who have no label, like Orphans do, aren’t looking for pity, attention, or Wise Words-We are only remembering our loved ones!!!🙏

My ❤ cries for every mother that's ever lost a child. My son David was only 34 March 8 is 11 years hes gone. I nearly didn't survive his loss. This song reminds me of him.
