I know I may be late, Pete Boudreaux. However, in W:A you can set what kind of sudden death is used. In this case it was a poisonous nuke that strikes on sudden death and the worms suffer from radiation poisoning, I believe.

yeah, so far the newer ones can't hold a candle to Armageddon and World Party

xdeadcheapx928 Worms and Worms 2. This is actually the third game (depending on how you count them). Worms 1 was 95, and 2 was 97, that should help you figure out which you played.
