It’s shocking how Selena keeps pointing out when her weight was fluctuating because I think most of us would have never noticed. I always thought she looked beautiful, and I still do. You can tell that Selena genuinely wants people to love themselves, the supporters and haters and everyone in between. Thank you Selena for staying true to yourself. Stay vulnerable ❤️

It is noticable, and its totally fine! Everybody has fluctuations (especially if you struggle with health problems). The fact that she talks about it is so amazing to me! Really makes me respect her more as a person. Usually its not talked about by celebrities, like its an elephant in the room, and the topic gets hidden. She really is amazing and looks great in every shape ♥️

The medication for lupus causes parts of her body (especially the face) to get swollen and I hate how people drag her for looking "puffy" when she literally has a serious illness. Also being on a skinny diet while having an illness is REALLY unhealthy so I'm glad she's not doing it.

I wish all females could realize that the body is a constantly changing vessel. It does different things at different times and that is reflected in its appearance. The important things is to be happy and healthy and do the part of life that you're currently in. Don't wish for the part you used to be in or dread the part you'll be in next. Just do right now and be happy at it.

I think a lot of us experience some sort of trauma growing up. I'd say you're incredibly lucky to go through childhood without one defining traumatic experience. Disney stars just have the added stress of having to go through those same things while maintaining a perfect image through the most formatively difficult part of their lives.
