I think there are 2 ways to lead anything, either you go hands on and make it at your image or you delegate. Both has its up and downsides. A correct balance would usually be the best way to go. With the current president, he is making it a la Trump and mostly ignores what people say around him (which is why we have the current results) With Biden, I feel his approach will be more on the delegate side. Whether he will be trampled on by those around him or not will depend on his boundaries and how clear his image is to his staff, and on the respect that his staff has towards him. It is easy to speculate on how things will go but we will only know once/if he takes office. If the majority of people knew the current states of affairs 4 years ago, they would probably vote differently.
