Something I learned after far too many times playing university: you really don’t have to have them do their homework. If they are on time and take notes in class, go to class in a good mood, and do good on their term paper/final exam/final presentation they can get an A without any homework. It opens up a lot of time for other university shenanigans!

To have more time in college: upgrade their beds so you can fill their energy need faster and level up in the research and debate skill to complete homework faster.

I got University pretty recently and made a sim exclusively to send to school. I finally got through the entirety of school, every semester, and then she got ELECTEOCUTED BY THE ROBOTICS DESK. She was my only sim in the household so the game was just over. I was so mad 😂

When I plan on sending my sims to university I always get a bunch of aspiration points and get useful traits like antiseptic and steel blader so my sim doesn't waste time with those needs and enjoy more of the life on campus, for me it's a must

I relate to the instant bff weird moment... the first person I met in college stuck like glue to me acting like we were bffs and everyone else thought he was my boyfriend and no... just a weird dude who was super pushy and I quickly avoided so that was too real 🤣

I watched both previous series from ep 1 (yes all 10 gens..) so seeing these sims together is so cool! I love knowing what their family history is ❤

1. I didn’t know there was a commons. I thought the only building was the student housing 2. This is why I absolutely LOVE the magic pack because you can make potions that fill all your needs, and I have it in my sims lord as magic rather than how I truly see it “easy mode” but it’s still fun

Doing (or studying) university stuff on xmas - new years eve holidays is the most university thing there is. In my last year of masters degree and i cant remember chill xmas holidays, because there is always 5 exams waiting for you in next two weeks

I once had a dorm where every single roommate basically just made food and very rarely had parties, and I genuinly dont remember a single one being loud. It was so perfect. The next ones immediately after were all pretty much just loud and threw parties, and no one made food. I think some of them might’ve had the evil of mischeif traight because they kept breaking things and pranking the toilet. Biggest whiplash I've ever had in sims lmai

Considering I don't have the University pack, and I've been out of school for a decade, I really enjoyed this gameplay. I will watch more of it for sure

i think maybe some of the bonus traits so they need less of sleep, eating etc. in my game the Seldom Sleepy trait is a must have lol, helps so much mainly in the university with all those homeworks n maybe use the lot trait for dorm so they do the hw faster

Yay!! I've watched both of the Let's plays! I'm so happy you're combining their worlds, I hope the Bell family will still be around to visit though. I always have my uni Sims have like a family day and invite their parents to show theyr alive etc so hoping for the same with yours! 🤣 Oo what scholarships did they get? I know you did so much to ensure April gor in lol! They always need a cosy cold weather outfit I've found, even with the thermostat my Sims always live in their cold weather, so I use jogging bottoms and a hoodie for another cold weather outfit so it looks like they want to relax, another Simmer did it and I copied them lol! Aww this is reminding me of uni times, your uni times sounds like mine lol, my first year roommate's were the best they bought me out my shell and we'd go shopping for food together and watch stuff and game together on the Wii. The guy Adam though was doing a Graphic Design course which I always thought would be my future but I ended up in business instead and his now wife Kate was in Fashion and yeah they were just lovely. My second year and third year roommate's were not as good lol! Ok you are definitely motivating me to get Rohan Elderberry and his fiancé Ruby through uni, his Aunt is somehow still a teen though (story progression did some weird stuff in that family lol) so I'm waiting until she ages up too.
