hate to disagree w/you - - but the memorial does NOT do justice to those people - - - 2 black vacant holes w/water pouring into a square black pit. Its morbid, vapid + empty. The Freedom tower is magnificent. It’s definitely worth taking the tour, but afterwards, I just spend hours looking at all the remembrances of that awful day. The portraits of the fallen are so powerful, and I never leave without shedding many tears. Never forget.
