Even after all the reveals, the title, "The sequel to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is now in development" still gives me chills

I'm a little sad we didn't get a little more gameplay in the beginning. Traveling in the depths more with Zelda would have been fun. Either way the game is 11/10!

I just really want to know what the original vision was here. There's no secret stones, raurus hand doesn't have sage rings and (imo) a more twili style design, no sign of a broken master sword or links arm getting torched...very curious what the original plan was.

It’s crazy how we know all about the game now and back then we knew nothing about this mysterious sequel and everyone was making theories about just a 1 minute trailer. Kinda nostalgic

It’s weird how many things didn’t end up being used from this trailer! For example, the thumbnail where we see what is now Rauru’s hand merging with Links arm while in the actual game itself, Link just kinda wakes up in the Room of Awakening with it after being saved by Rauru

This trailer, in combination with trailer three, is leading me to believe Tears of the Kingdom will be an ALL TIME game.

After the beating the game, I can say that not only has the game lived to the hype, but surpassed it in every way. Truly the way modern gaming should go.

CANT WAIT TO DISINTEGRATE TWO MORE MONTHS OF MY LIFE FINDING ALL THE SHRINES

I'm a little disappointed that they eliminated the idea of the right arm power just absorbing into Link's arm, or that they scratched the idea of Link and Zelda traveling the caverns on whatever that giant animal was, however, I do like that they originally made the champion's tunic with the same armor pieces as the original hylian tunic, and in the finished game, they changed it up a bit to make it more interesting to look at.

Welcome back everybody! It's been a long wait but we're nearly here, can't wait for the 12th of May to Ascend, Recall, Fuse and Ultrahand

Revisiting this, I'm surprised how true to the game it was. Not a lot was changed. There wasn't a luminous stone bridge or that ox--esque creature, or any creature at all in their exploration of the depths. But their discovery of Ganondorf is almost frame-for-frame the same as the reveal. That's impressive. I also still love that reverse sounding melody in music. It's still there in the final release, but it's not a direct motif to any character, and not Ganondorf's theme directly, just a foreboding theme, but it's so good.

Fans: BotW didn't feel dark or creepy enough Nintendo: Hmm, okay then.

I remember watching this trailer for the first time during the summer of 2019; I wasn’t even technically a teen yet! This game has truly been a HUGE part of my and many others’ lives!

This trailer compared to totk, the environment and the green swirl of Rauru's hand are so much more polished and high quality, it really goes to show how taking long development times truly can polish a game to perfection.

It's crazy that this trailer came out on my last day as a highschool senior and now this game come out a week after I graduate as a college senior

Dawn of the Final Day -24 Hours Remain- . Almost 4 years later we will get our hands on this game and finally get context on what's happening with Ganondorf. This trailer is still creepy.

I wish the opening was the same for the game. It seems like they cut out of lot of stuff from this trailer in the intro of the game which is a bummer because this area could’ve been a whole section to play in as the intro to the game instead of them cutting out most of it and basically making it a playable cutscene

I just found out that Nintendo actually had a toy called the Ultra Hand in the 1960s! So Ultrahand in TotK must be paying homage to that.
