Anyone going through depression, anxiety, unstable mental state..... Everything is going to be okay... Just don't give up meditate, sleep, breathing exercise, physical exercise, It feels impossible But it's possible I went through it 4 years ago And now I've become stronger than ever.... ! My dog and I fall asleep to this every night, plays on my speaker. The most soothing thing in the world. It also helps prepare my dog for rainy/stormy nights as she’s always afraid of them, been working good so far!

My eyes are literally watering. I do not know how to express it at the moment. I'm not getting enough sleep because of depression and anxiety, listening to it is such a great relief. Sad how we're missing on such simple and beautiful things available in nature.

Takes me back to my childhood listening to the rain falling on the tin roof at my grandfather's home. Simple days with him and my family. He passed in 1963 and I miss him terribly. We now have a farm house with a tin roof! ❤

Absolutely perfect tamber for the rain. Better than the dozen or so other relaxing rain videos I have listened to. Thunder isn’t too intrusive while being frequent and booming enough to break up the rain noise.

🌲🍀🐾🎣Yeah man, I fish in spots like these. I get in & wet wade(no waders- they're too dangerous because they can fill up with water). Just a good pair of jeans is needed🎣🐾🍀🌲.
