I see it as Sark being smart. Don't be the highest money. You want a player that's coming to Texas because they want to be there, not because they want the money.

Perhaps, but so far I haven't seen the secondary coaches developing the talent they have been recruiting either. They got Catalon from the portal and that was a waste of a spot (mainly due to him being injured, but he wasn't, he wasn't really mentioned).

I don't think it matters what players are lineup up at CB. PKs scheme will suck at stopping the pass no matter who is there, even more so next season if the loss of Sweat and Murphy becomes a noticeable problem.
