It should be obvious that it gets harder to stop people as the level of competition rises. Devin hasn't stopped anybody recently because he's fighting top 5-10 guys. Like I pointed out Devin had 12 KOs in his first 17 which is better than Hitchins. If Rich is not stopping guys at the lower level chances are he's not stopping guys as he moves up either.
