LJ didnt make this huge leap just because they changed systems. This dude worked the entire offseason to improve his mechanics. When he couldn't work with the Ravens coaches he worked with his high school coach. Every single day. Hard work and commitment to improving is what made this transition happen.

Given LJs superior performances and all the accolades he's now rightly receiving, the thing that impresses me most is his humility and humbleness. It's no wonder all his teammates love him, if I played football, I would want this guy leading my team! I have no doubt that the elevated individual performances of his teammates are somewhat down to Lemar Jackson. Put this all together and you have a team that simply steamrolls opponents. I’ve always liked Jackson even in college. He got drafted to a great franchise and they have made the offense perfect for him. He has worked hard to approve his game and he is doing great things. He doesn’t even have to throw that many times during a game but will end up with 4-5 TD’s. I’m glad he went to a winning franchise that know how to win and play great defenses and now has another franchise QB to help them win another SB. I’m glad he isn’t in Cleveland cause I don’t think we would be seeing his greatness like we get to witness in Baltimore.

Hopefully he'll be good for a while. Hes fun to watch but I dont know if he can sustain this level being a running qb as well as schematic changes. I think his team is built for his style of play really well which is a testament to John Harbaugh but not sure he will have the sustained success of that like a Brady, brees etc.
