He even said all his songs that were about a person was about her and even going back in time to before they dated you can actually see the references like his song "why" which honestly sold the relationship for me when i also doubted it at a time. I just recently went on a shawmilla binge going back 8 years and couldnt find any holes. Seriously if we say hypothetically that it is completely fake then we shouldnt be disparaging them but giving them an award because that dedication is beyond impressive.

@Abdul Rehman I have to disagree on so many points so okay. Lets begin with the songs about camila. He said every song about a person was about camila whereas a lot and probably most of his songs were just about stuff he thought up like for example where were you in the morning is a song that is basically completely made up. Only a few songs are actually about her like why and if i cant have you and i guess like 80% of the songs on wonder but that makes sense since that is post public relationship status. While they talked about their relationship when they had various interviews and such i do not know what you meant by press tour. I definitely would have noticed that like i said i went deep like everything from live streams, interviews, all their albums and posts on social media,etc. I should probably clarify that i am naturally obsessive and go through fact checking and historical evidence regarding anything that interests me. It isn't like i am such a huge shawn and camila fan that i had to know everything. I have done this thing about quite a few things, this being the only celebrity couple but I digress. The documentary is an interesting topic. Obviously since it is on camera a lot of the time they are going to be aware of that and it would affect their behaviour but generally I believe the scenes themselves were largely authentic its only in the editing process where the story they want to tell gets shown whether its reflective of the real events or not. Also this is honestly one of the biggest things which is camila aside, shawn is far from the best actor. I do not know how high you would rate his acting skills but the dude definitely could not sell this for as long as they did like seriously. There is also no reason the pandemic would result in their relationship if it was pr lasting longer than intended either. Whether the relationship is real or not is incredibly speculative which is why i never say anything really whether it is or not only my opinion. I dont think its possible to prove it is definitely fake or definitely real either mainly because regardless of whether it is real or not they definitely used their relationship for publicity. Which is hit or miss in my opinion. I don't think its inherently wrong and also about whether the relationship was popular. Putting aside senoritas success like seriously you wouldnt believe how many stan them as a couple its pretty huge and is on par at the very least with Jelena. I got that ship name right i have no idea but it made sense in my head. It is very well like sold if we are being honest like i dare you to look back and have a quick recap it is actually pretty difficult to find any holes in the relationship itself publicly. Its difficult because i remember when mellisa benoist and chris wood who were co stars at the time started dating my father was like they do things like that for publicity. Then i was like they got engaged but he still said they do things like that for publicity. Then they got married and same tthing and now they have a kid and i wonder if he still thinks its for pr. I do think these pr relationships while they exist are far rarer than i think people believe. Its a bit much to expect someone to be in a fake relationship for years and have all their friends and family members openly support and acknowledge the relationship as if that is normal.

Yes! I absolutely agree! Considering how young he was when he started his career, it's amazing how well he's emotionally matured over the years. I've been following Shawn's journey since his first album in 2015, and his temperament has been quite consistent. It's refreshing to see a mainstream artist who hasn't forgotten their roots! Also, this comment just reminded me that Shawn and I aren't as many years apart as I thought, and I don't know how to feel about it 😂

Whole Famila shows us that their relationship was made of Camila chasing him for some attention and love. I just hope she says the truth finally. Camila literally states HERself that Shaw left her in NO Doubt of his feelings love and commitment to her. She says it was HER paranoia, "demons" and insecurity that was the problem. She was even describing having episodes of spiraling episodes and Camila even made up scenarios in her mind that he never did to her. He is not talking about why it was better to end the relationship because that is NONE of our business. We are fans not owners of his life. Shawn's life belongs to HIM, not us.
