I think you look fine now, but some friendly advice from someone who has body dysmorphia after losing 150 pounds.. you can't gain or lose 5 pounds in one day. weight fluctuates 5-8lbs a day. carbs contain water, sodium makes you retain water, etc. so many things go into it. proud of you though. Its a challenge just to make myself go to the gym. keep spreading positivity.

No junk food no soda no bread no tortilla no rice just vegetables good protein and go for a walk like 30 minutes every day and trust me within one month you lose weight like I do.
