Is grease the same as lube?

Yes it is, good question. Technically, lubes are oils and greases, water can be a lubricant, too. Thanks for watching!

Rotate wrench in the other direction. But it's not that simple, you have to coordinate your hands and body weight to counter the rotational force; turning the wrench the other way around will want to spin the rear wheel and bust the skin off your knuckles ...
